Section 3: Membership Fees

​​Annual Membership fee is $175, effective October 1, 2024. 

Members whose renewal is due on or after this date are subject to the new fee. (For members who have a renewal date prior to October 1, 2024, the annual membership fee is $160.) 

If you are paying by credit card or through your bank, you may renew online once you have received an email from the College with a personal link to My College Account. You will receive the link approximately two months before your renewal is due.

If you are paying by cheque / money order / bank draft, complete and submit the Membership Renewal Form along with your payment and any supporting documentation.

  • If your renewal form is received after your renewal due date, an additional $50 late fee applies.  (For information about what happens if you are late with renewal, see the What happens if you do not renew on time section of the Membership Renewal Guide).

1.    Cheque / money order / bank draft made out to the College of Early Childhood Educators

  • Select this option if you will be paying by cheque, money order or bank draft.
  • On the Membership Renewal Form, indicate the:
    • Cheque, money order, or bank draft number, and
    • Amount paid in Canadian dollars

2. Online banking through your financial institution (this option also applies to you if you are paying in-person at your financial institution)

If you are paying by credit card or through your bank, you may renew online once you have received an email from the College with a personal link to My College Account.You will receive the link approximately two months before your renewal is due.

InMy College Account, select the online banking option.

You must enter the:

  • Bank confirmation number (from when you completed your transaction)

3. Visa, Visa Debit, or MasterCard

If you are paying by credit card or through your bank, you may renew online once you have received an email from the College with a personal link to My College Account.You will receive the link approximately two months before your renewal is due.

Please note the following instructions:

  • Do access My College Account, update your contact information and renew your membership online, when you receive your personal link from the College.
  • Do notforward your personal link. The link is provided solely for your use.
  • Do not start a new application or create a new account. Wait until you get your personal link and log in instructions from the College.
