Section 1: Member Information
Section 1 of the Change of Information Form is mandatory. Every person using the form must complete this section in full. The College cannot identify your file without this information.
- Enter your first and last name currently on file at the College. To find out which name the College has on file for you, check the public register.
- Enter your registration number. This is the unique, five-digit number assigned to your Certificate of Registration. It is also sometimes referred to as the College of Early Childhood Educators number (CECE#), or membership number. The number can be found on your Certificate of Registration and on the College’s public register.
