The College directly handles applications from Canadian and Internationally trained applicants who require an individual assessment of their educational qualifications.
a) Have relevant post-secondary educational credentials equivalent to an early childhood education diploma from an Ontario College of Applied Arts and Technology
b) Do not hold a licence/certificate or a diploma/degree from a program on the College’s
approved programs list.

Early Childhood Educators Qualifications Upgrade Program:
a program to support individuals
working in early learning settings to obtain an Early Childhood Education diploma and become eligible to apply for membership with the College.
